While there were a few delays due to weather conditions, the project was completed within the promised time frame. He prepared detailed drawings and efficiently coordinated with the city for the necessary building permit. The construction and inspections for our custom home design were conducted on schedule. Throughout the project, he kept us informed while helping us select materials and final figures. We are extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship and the materials used in our home extension. They prepared all the drawings and obtained the building permit within a month, and the construction was completed within the agreed timeframe. We are very happy with the quality of their workmanship. They coordinated with us every step of the way regarding the designs and materials used in the finishes. The cost overrun was very minimal and primarily due to our choices to upgrade certain areas, with the kitchen being one of those upgrades. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering building a custom home or looking for a home addition in the GTA.

This custom home design was 1200 sf, featuring three bedrooms, two baths, a basement, and two and a half stories. Lexington Renovations was engaged to prepare and submit the building drawings, obtain the necessary building permit, and oversee the construction of our home. The entire process took about two months to acquire the building permit, and construction lasted three months. In the end, the final product matched our vision perfectly, and we received our occupancy permit without any issues.
