Lexicon Design Build will prepare Architectural plans including Structural, mechanical and grading plans to satisfy municipality requirements. 

Review the building permit drawings and comments of the building authorities with home owner. We shall explain to the owners if there are cost savings or cost over runs as a result of the permit approval.

We shall call for building inspections during construction as per comments of the buildsing authorities. If the inspectors have any comments, then we shall attend to them in timely manner.
