Gather as much information from the prospective client as possible and submit the scope of work and an estimate for client's approval. Once the estimate is accepted, we shall prepare a contract for signing by home owner(s).
Once the contract is signed by the owner(s) and initial deposit has been paid then we shall get to work.
We shall prepare building permit application and architectural plans including, structural and mechanical and submit to the relevant municipality for building permit.
We shall also attend to any querries from the municipality and make revisions to the architectural plans desired by the municipality
Once the building permit is issuesd by the municiplaity, we meet with the home owner(s) and go over the notes , if any, entered by the nunicipality so that owner(s) understand what additional requirements are noted by the building permit department. If these requirements entail redurction or addition to the contract, we refllect those changes in teh revised contract.
We shall build your dream home according to approved building plans, contract terms and conditions and best industry practices. We don't only complete the project but we ensure that it is in move in condition with legal possession.
We shall coordinate with the city inspectors for milestone inspections as per building permit document and at the end of construction, we shall call for final inspection and possession certificate. We shall also call for PDI (pre-delivery inspection) with the owner(s) to close the project.
