End-to-End Home Construction Process

Gather as much information from the prospective client as possible to facilitate our construction project management. We will then submit the scope of work and an estimate for the client's approval. Once the estimate is accepted, we will prepare a contract for signing by the homeowner(s). After the contract is signed and the initial deposit has been paid, we will commence the end-to-end process of delivering our home construction services.

As part of our home construction services, we will prepare the building permit application and architectural plans, which will include structural and mechanical elements, and submit them to the relevant municipality. This is all part of our comprehensive construction project management and end-to-end process. We will also address any queries from the municipality and make necessary revisions to the architectural plans as requested.

Once the building permit is issued by the municipality, we meet with the homeowner(s) as part of our construction project management process to review any notes entered by the municipality. This ensures the owner(s) fully understand the additional requirements noted by the building permit department. If these requirements entail adjustments, such as a reduction or addition to the contract, we reflect those changes in the revised contract as part of our end-to-end process for home construction services.

Our approach to construction project management guarantees that we not only complete the project but also ensure it is in move-in condition with legal possession.

As part of our construction project management, we will coordinate with city inspectors for milestone inspections in accordance with the building permit document. At the completion of the project, we will request a final inspection and possession certificate. Additionally, we will schedule a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) with the owner(s) to finalize the end-to-end process of our home construction services.
