From drawings to occupancy permit

We handle all facets of construction from drawings preparation, coordination with muniucipalities, obtaing the building permit, constrictionn, all inspections by the municipalities and finally obtaining the occupancy permit.

      New Home Construction

       After due diligence Lexington Renovations was hired to build our dream home in Caledon. The custom home was 1200 sf, three bedrooms, two bath. basement and two and a half storey. They were engaged to prepare, submit building drawings and obtain building permit in addition to construction of our home. The process took about two months but eventually we had the building permit. The construction too, three months, but the end product was exactly as we had envisioned.

       I hired Lexington Renovations to finish our basement and construct access from the back of the house. They were very professional and finished the work as per the agreed schedule. They also did not exceed the agreed budget. We highly recommend them for construction and renovation projects.

      New Home Design Build

       Lexicon was hired to design our new home in Caledon. They prepared all drawings and obtained building permit within a month and the construction was completed within agreed time. We are very happy with their quality of workmanship. They coordinated with us every step of the way for designs and material used in the finishes. The cost over run was very minimal and mostly because of our choices where we upgraded certain areas. Kitchen was one of them.
      We would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to build a home in GTA.
